I also encountered this same error before.
Conoha’s “Customer information accuracy could not be verified…” error seems cryptic at first. Conoha’s site
doesn’t explain the error or provide a solution, which is frustrating.
First, this error simply means that you cannot use Conoha’s services. In many cases, this error appears when you, for example, try to register a credit card multiple times and repeatedly make mistakes or generate errors.
And the solution to this error is, as written in the error message, to “contact the customer center.” When I asked customer support whether time would resolve it, I was told to contact them by email or phone. In my case, I contacted them by phone, and after identity verification, they removed the error in a few minutes. Please use this as a reference.
