I found a magnifier software that seems good for Windows 10, so I’ll introduce it.

I tried the following two software:

The former is a typical one that follows the mouse and displays a magnifying glass popup above the mouse. I’m not good with this type and find it annoying. So what did I like? The latter software (same as the GIF image) places the magnifying glass in a fixed position, allowing you to see the area around your mouse pointer as is.

The software hasn’t been updated since 2007, but… it’s extremely well-made.

Also, the former software doesn’t work properly on some software like Chrome. When you place your mouse over the Chrome window, that part of the Chrome window turns black. It might be a permission-related issue, but the versatility is low. Additionally, it automatically registers major global shortcut keys, so having it running affects shortcuts in Atom and other software. This kind of thing cannot be ignored.

Ideally, I would have preferred something that allows selecting a fixed range and keeps that part magnified, but this software is quite good so I decided to settle for it.
