A memo on countermeasures when paste doesn’t work well in ConEmu’s WSL Bash.
After researching various things, I found that updating would work, but even though I had settings to automatically notify of updates, the update notification didn’t come even after restarting, so I thought this was no good and decided to reinstall.
After downloading, just install it as is, and start it by clicking on C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\ConEmu\ConEmu (x64).lnk or similar.
If the file is not found, it’s good to use a file search software like Everything and find the file by sorting by update date.
In my case, I could install without uninstalling. There were no uninstall settings appearing either. If there doesn’t seem to be any problem, you don’t need to bother uninstalling.
As a result of reinstalling, it was fixed. If you can’t update at all… you might consider reinstalling.
