Especially in programming, changing the language to English makes error messages appear in English, so you can get more information from internet searches and problem solving becomes more efficient.

Open Windows 11 Settings and go to Time & Language > Language & Region. Settings can be opened using the “win-I” keyboard shortcut.

If you search for “language” in the settings screen, it should be a shortcut. Click “Add a language” to add a new language (such as Japanese or English).
